Report an error
Is something not right?
Maybe you know an organisation better than we do. You have been there, you have been in touch with them, or you see something on their website that differs from what we show. Let us know. Every report helps to keep the index fair and up to date.
What can you report?
Anything that helps us give a fairer picture. A few examples:
Information
Something is outdated
Prices, projects or countries that are no longer correct. Or an organisation that has stopped or changed its name.
Score
A score is not right
You see that a criterion should score differently, for example because their website has information we missed.
Concerns
Something is wrong in a project
Volunteers in a children’s home, contact with wild animals, medical work without qualifications, or other situations that do not match what the organisation promises.
Experience
Your own experience
You have been there yourself and what you saw did not match what the website promised. In a positive or a negative way.
Make a report
The more specific your report, the better we can check it. A link, a date or a short description of what you saw already helps a lot. You may leave your name and email empty.
What happens with your report
We read every report
We check it
We make changes
We let you know
Good to know
We never share your name with the organisation, unless you ask us to. We only use your details to handle your report.
Is someone in danger right now, for example a child? Contact the local emergency services or your embassy straight away. Our report page is not meant for that.
